About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and provider adapters for network, bare-metal/GPU, and data providers
Contribute to schema mapping frameworks, GUI tooling, validation guardrails, and LLM-assisted integration frameworks for self-serve provider onboarding
Own assigned adapter surfaces end-to-end, delivering well-tested and highly observable services while maintaining existing adapter logic
Collaborate asynchronously across Design, QA, and Data Foundation with US business hours overlap
Conduct code reviews, pull-request assessments, and technical documentation updates
Independently ship reliable production provider integrations and adapters
Successfully onboard at least one new supply provider group into the marketplace
Reduce manual engineering effort per provider through self-serve onboarding frameworks and GUI/validation tooling
Reliably own, test, and maintain an end-to-end gateway slice under pod technical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of professional backend development experience
Production expertise in Go, or strong adjacent languages with a rapid ramp to Go
Experience with REST/API integrations, Postgres, Redis, and AWS cloud infrastructure
Practical experience building provider adapters, schema mapping tools, validation guardrails, and message-queue/event-driven architectures
Exposure to Node.js/TypeScript backend tooling, LLM/agent integration frameworks, and GUI tooling
Fluent professional English communication skills
Must maintain an active corporate entity (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ / CNPJ) in Brazil
Must upload valid electronic service invoices (Nota Fiscal de Serviços Eletrônica - NFS-e) into Rippling for monthly disbursement
