About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and provider adapters for network, bare-metal/GPU, and data providers
- Deliver live pricing and availability integrations
- Contribute to schema mapping frameworks, GUI tooling, validation guardrails, and LLM-assisted integration frameworks
- Own assigned adapter surfaces end-to-end under pod technical standards
- Deliver well-tested, highly observable services and maintain existing adapter logic
- Collaborate asynchronously with Design, QA, and Data Foundation across distributed functions
- Deliver reliable gateway integrations with US business-hours overlap
- Conduct code reviews and pull-request assessments
- Update technical documentation and uphold engineering quality across the pod
- Independently ship production provider integrations and adapters
- Successfully onboard at least one new supply provider group into the marketplace
- Reduce manual engineering effort per provider through self-serve onboarding frameworks and tooling
- Reliably own, test, and maintain an end-to-end gateway slice
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of professional backend development experience
- Production expertise in Go, or strong adjacent languages with a rapid ramp to Go
- Experience with REST/API integrations, Postgres, Redis, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Practical experience building provider adapters, schema mapping tools, validation guardrails, and message-queue/event-driven architectures
- Exposure to Node.js/TypeScript backend tooling
- Exposure to LLM/agent integration frameworks and GUI tooling for self-serve adapter automation
- Fluent professional English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones
- Must be registered with the Mexican tax authority (SAT) under an applicable business tax regime, such as RESICO or Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial
- Must issue valid electronic invoices (CFDI) and upload them into Rippling for monthly disbursement
