Design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate tasks and improve efficiency across Business Research, Content, Design, and Data Analytics
Develop next-generation solutions for global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, consultancies, governments, and NGOs
Build backend applications using Python
Develop frontend interfaces using React
Design and maintain RESTful APIs
Work with SQL databases, PostgreSQL, and data modeling
Integrate AI algorithms and Agentic AI concepts into web applications
Collaborate with an international team across diverse industries and regions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience developing applications using Python
Experience building frontend interfaces using React
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and writing complex queries
Adherence to Clean Code principles and familiarity with software design patterns
Exposure to or strong interest in integrating AI algorithms (Agentic AI) into web applications
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development cycles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in software development, including internships
Strong proficiency in Python backend frameworks and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience developing with React
Experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling
Proficiency with Linux command line and Git
Knowledge of or experience implementing AI/ML algorithms or Agentic AI concepts
Problem-solving ability
Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly
Ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP for deployment is a nice-to-have
Knowledge of Django, FastAPI, or Flask is a nice-to-have
