About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support adoption of business change by focusing on the people side of change
  • Ensure people impacted by change are aware, able and inspired to adopt it
  • Support the Change Manager with change management across the organisation
  • Create and implement change management plans to maximise adoption and usage and minimise resistance
  • Work within the Business Change team to support delivery of business strategy
  • Report day to day to the assigned change project
  • Work alongside the Change Manager or Project Manager
  • Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Support employees to adopt, fully utilise and become proficient in new ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in delivering change projects is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience communicating successfully to a variety of audiences
  • Experience managing stakeholders and shifting behaviours
  • Excellent people skills and effective communication
  • Active listening and collaboration at all levels
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • “Can do” attitude and strong initiative
  • Good planning and prioritisation skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate ideas and persuade others to adopt them
  • Energy and resilience
  • Well organised with attention to detail
