About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Service, maintain, and repair Anglian Water’s diverse inventory of mobile plant, ranging from small pumps to telehandlers and tractors
- Service and inspect all mobile plant in line with company, manufacturer, and Health and Safety criteria and schedules
- Maintain sufficient stock of service parts on the company van and/or aligned workshop
- Repair defects reported by business users of plant items
- Understand business priorities and provide a fast and efficient repair service
- Establish and form relationships with local parts and service providers
- Update the fleet management system with hours worked and parts/stock used
- Report to the Plant and Equipment Supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Confident user of IT
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
- Full Manual UK driving license is essential
