About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enable activities to facilitate delivery of planned and emergent capital projects
- Develop solutions in line with corporate governance and delivery route goals
- Ensure solutions are Water and/or Wastewater quality compliant
- Complete Root Cause Analysis
- Complete optioneering of solutions
- Comply with the corporate Risk and Value process
- Ensure standard products and technical standards, including minimum asset standards, are adhered to
- Complete and comply with operational site H&S requirements to ensure safe working practices
- Produce and support completion of CDM documentation
- Work with operational teams, contractors and colleagues to deliver capital projects across the Anglian Water region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Appropriate engineering qualification or membership of professional body or equivalent experience
- Proven technical experience within the relevant environment (Water or Wastewater)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S), and Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations
- Experience managing a capital budget
- Experience of project planning, delivery and site supervision
- Root cause analysis to optionee suitable solutions
- Good IT literacy
- Desirable: experience of M2i, SAP and Power BI
