About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the full lifecycle of water storage point refurbishment projects
- Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
- Coordinate programmes and accurately track project data, costs and milestones
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Escalate risks where needed
- Oversee health and safety compliance and conduct regular audits
- Collaborate with the Storage Point Delivery Manager to improve water efficiency and network resilience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background in Water or Wastewater projects
- Knowledge of H&S and CDM regulations
- Capital budget management experience
- Contract management and site supervision experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Commercial awareness with cost and risk analysis expertise
- Travel across Rutland, Northampton and Bedford is required
