About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, user story development, and prioritization
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Assist with business case development, impact assessments, and change initiatives
Work closely with program and project leadership to ensure alignment across delivery streams
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change
Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impact management
Create targeted communication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy-in
Partner with learning teams to design and deliver training and capability uplift programs
Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation
Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures
Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies
Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post-implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments
Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks
Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industries desirable
Experience working with large enterprise platforms and transformation programs
Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
Experience working across onshore and offshore delivery teams advantageous
Prior external consulting experience strongly preferred
