Key responsibilities & impact

  • Develop training needs analyses and support learning enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor change adoption metrics and identify areas requiring intervention.
  • Produce consulting deliverables and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with program managers, business leaders, technology teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change management engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and program sponsors.
  • Define and oversee OCM strategy across large-scale transformation programs.
  • Drive change leadership and executive alignment strategies.
  • Lead complex stakeholder environments across multiple business units.
  • Manage consulting teams and mentor change practitioners.
  • Lead client workshops, steering committee discussions, and executive briefings.
  • Support business development, proposal development, and solution design.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify consulting growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to OCM and consulting practice thought leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Perth-based role only.
  • Senior Consultant: 5+ years of consulting, change management, transformation, or business consulting experience.
  • Principal Consultant: 10+ years of consulting and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering OCM activities on large business transformation programs.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder and impact assessments.
  • Strong facilitation and workshop delivery capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting ERP, digital, technology, or operating model transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary program teams.
  • Principal Consultant: Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation and OCM programs.
  • Principal Consultant: Extensive executive stakeholder management experience.
  • Principal Consultant: Experience managing complex change portfolios and large stakeholder groups.
  • Principal Consultant: Strong consulting engagement leadership capabilities.
  • Principal Consultant: Demonstrated experience developing and selling consulting solutions.
  • Principal Consultant: Proven ability to lead teams and influence executive decision-making.
