About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver complex organisational change and transformation engagements
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies, frameworks, and plans
- Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained business outcomes
- Provide strategic advice across people, process, operating model, culture, and transformation initiatives
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change impact assessments
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and account expansion
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and the continued growth of the Workforce Transformation capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive consulting experience within a leading consulting firm or professional services organisation
- Demonstrated expertise in Organisational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, or Business Transformation
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise transformation programs and change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging senior executives and business leaders
- Experience developing and implementing change strategies across large-scale transformation environments
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills
- Experience building, coaching, and developing consulting teams
- Commercial acumen with experience supporting business growth and client development
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering sustainable client outcomes
- Experience leading transformation initiatives within Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, or other large enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
- Experience supporting digital, technology, operating model, workforce, or culture transformation programs
- Established professional network within Melbourne and the broader Australian market
- Relevant change management certifications such as Prosci or APMG Change Management are highly regarded
