About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through completion
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement mitigation strategies
Lead project governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates
Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and consulting teams
Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including sprint planning and PI Planning
Build relationships with business stakeholders and delivery partners
Advise senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives
Engage cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change
Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impact management
Create communication strategies and artefacts
Partner with learning teams on training and capability uplift programs
Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures
Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies
Embed reinforcement mechanisms for sustainable post-implementation change

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects
Prior external consulting experience strongly preferred
Strong project governance, planning, reporting, and risk management expertise
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining sectors preferred
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and SAFe frameworks
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and changing priorities
Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams advantageous
