About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex SAP-enabled business transformation programs from inception to completion
- Lead the customer engagement journey from business case definition to adherence
- Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations
- Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks ensuring Fit-To-Standard solution adoption
- Collaborate with and steer IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across IT and Business
- Demonstrate thought leadership and deep expertise in the CPG industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program-level delivery record across full lifecycle SAP programs
- Proven experience in CPG industry in Program Leadership Capacity
- 12–15 years of consulting experience
- Demonstrated expertise to sell and deliver Programs of >$10mn in a multi-geographic setup
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances to time, cost, quality, and budget requirements
- Ability to challenge the status quo internally or with the client in landing a Fit-To-Standard and harmonised solution
- At least one experience developing or supporting a Business Case for an S/4-enabled business transformation program
- At least one SAP domain background, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments involving multi-vendors, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams
- Experience collaborating with global teams and leading locally and remotely based consultant teams
- In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success, including IT, Business, and Change components
- Ability to define and practically apply well-structured program delivery frameworks
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with ability to influence C-Level stakeholders
- Ability to lead teams preparing large proposals and program plans and facilitate differentiators
- Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations
- Substantial proven experience in client-facing consulting roles
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including significant multi-country rollouts for ECC and S/4 HANA
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
- Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources
- Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for varied audiences
- Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
