About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage large-scale cloud transformation programmes from initiation through delivery and transition to operations
  • Own programme-level planning, governance, risk management, financial oversight, and delivery assurance
  • Coordinate multi-stream delivery across architecture, platform, application, security, and operations teams
  • Manage senior client stakeholders through status reporting, issue management, and decision support
  • Oversee cloud migration and modernisation initiatives against agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes
  • Establish and run programme governance forums, RAID management, and executive reporting
  • Ensure delivery follows cloud best practices, regulatory constraints, and organisational standards
  • Contribute to proposals, programme planning, transformation approaches, delivery models, governance frameworks, and Cloud & Infrastructure offerings
  • Provide senior leadership across multi-workstream programmes and shape transformation roadmaps
  • Support go-to-market propositions and development of Cloud Transformation and Delivery Management offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Strong experience in technology delivery, transformation management, or consulting roles
  • Proven experience leading and managing large-scale cloud or digital transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud delivery models
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-vendor and multi-workstream programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement
  • Experience delivering large cloud migration or modernisation programmes preferred
  • Background working within regulated or highly governed enterprise environments preferred
  • Formal programme or project management certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, or PMP preferred
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services environments preferred
  • Understanding of cloud economics, FinOps, or platform operating models preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel across client sites within the EMEA region
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English
  • Strong leadership, organisation, decision-making, collaboration, pragmatism, client-centricity, quality, integrity, and professionalism
