About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multi-stream delivery teams to execute complex programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, presenting status updates, strategic roadmaps, and decision frameworks
  • Establish robust program governance, track progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain alignment on delivery goals and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and orchestrating multiple cross-functional delivery teams recently
  • Experience serving clients in the Manufacturing or Automotive industries is preferred
  • Expert capability in engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior and C-suite leaders
  • Ability to work onsite at least 2–3 days a week
  • Deep knowledge of program governance, risk mitigation, financial tracking, and hybrid/Agile methodologies
