About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements
Design, configure, test, and deploy integration solutions
Translate technical requirements into integration architectures and configurations
Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment
Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout implementation projects
Provide technical guidance on integration patterns, data transformation, security, and authentication
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project leadership
Ensure integrations meet client requirements and performance expectations
Contribute to successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Support implementation and delivery of technical integrations between enterprise systems and cloud-based business applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Workday Integration Certification is mandatory
At least 5 years of experience delivering complex enterprise business application projects
At least 5 years of experience with integration technologies including SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, backend web development, and web services
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, data transmission, and performance optimization
German language proficiency suitable for client-facing communication
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms (nice to have)
Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and application security (nice to have)
Previous experience in customer-facing consulting and enterprise implementation projects (nice to have)
