About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Build, optimise, and maintain data models for business reporting
Develop advanced DAX queries and measures
Analyse complex datasets using SQL, time-series analysis, and data visualisation techniques
Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and ongoing performance monitoring
Integrate and manage data from SAP ERP, Space Well Facility Management, Resource Finder, and Perceptyx Survey
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Translate business requirements into practical BI solutions
Improve existing dashboards, data models, and reporting processes
Apply best practices in version control, collaborative development, and deployment processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
Advanced proficiency in DAX
Solid SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets
Experience with data modelling, time-series analysis, and data visualisation
Interest in UX design and effective data presentation
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights
Successful candidate must complete a standard background verification before starting
Programming experience with Python is advantageous
Knowledge of SAP BW and SAP Datasphere is advantageous
Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD practices is advantageous
Experience with enterprise data platforms and integrating data from multiple business systems is advantageous
Interest in real estate, workplace, or facilities management analytics is advantageous
