About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and support public cloud environments (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform), ensuring availability, performance, and security
Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or similar), performing maintenance, upgrades, and environment optimization
Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD, and similar tools
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices to automate deployment processes
Administer object storage services such as Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, or MinIO
Monitor cloud environments using observability and APM tools, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Support FinOps initiatives by promoting cost optimization, rightsizing, and more effective use of cloud resources
Automate operational routines using Bash, Python, or similar tools
Work closely with Development and Infrastructure teams to evolve the architecture and resolve critical incidents
Support and enhance Infox's cloud environments, which are used by Courts of Justice throughout Brazil
Ensure high availability, scalability, automation, and application security

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience administering cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration (EKS, GKE, or similar)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD, or similar)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
Knowledge of Linux and networking in cloud environments (VPC, load balancers, and connectivity)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Elastic APM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Glowroot
Knowledge of Bash or Python for task automation
Experience with PostgreSQL and basic database troubleshooting
Analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset
AWS or Google Cloud certifications are a plus
Kubernetes certifications are a plus
DevSecOps experience is a plus
FinOps knowledge is a plus
Experience in high-availability environments is a plus
Knowledge of the Brazilian Judiciary ecosystem is a plus
