About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and manage change initiatives relating to Customer Data, as well as process and system landscapes
- Plan changes in a structured manner, communicate effectively with target audiences, and ensure sustainable implementation
- Analyze the impact of changes on the organization, processes, roles, and stakeholders, and derive appropriate measures
- Monitor the progress, outcomes, risks, and dependencies of local and international change initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively from operational teams through to management
- Ensure collaboration between Squads, Product Areas, Tribes, and global stakeholders
- Support the identification and prioritization of new change initiatives
- Contribute to governance and compliance activities
- Develop sustainable solutions at the intersection of business functions, IT, and the organization
- Represent and align Tribe-wide change topics
- In the longer term, take on a coordinating change role for the Customer Data Tribe in cross-functional projects and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial substantial professional experience in change management, transformation, or project environments
- Experience analyzing the impact of change on organizations, teams, roles, and processes, and deriving appropriate measures
- Familiarity with common change and project management methodologies, combined with a structured way of working
- Ability to present complex topics clearly and address different stakeholders in a targeted, audience-appropriate manner
- Enjoy working at the intersection of business functions, IT, and the organization
- Excellent communication skills, from operational teams through to management
- Willingness to develop into a cross-functional, coordinating change role within the Customer Data Tribe over time
- Ability to think beyond one's own area of responsibility and develop sustainable solutions
- Very good command of German and English
