About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the bridge between business units and IT for Customer Onboarding & KYC
- Identify and develop customer-friendly services and customer journeys for customer data processes
- Analyze processes, support their implementation, and ensure solution reliability through targeted testing
- Develop project proposals and present them to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Coordinate project scope and delivery timelines with the responsible business units
- Independently design business requirements and coordinate them with national and international interfaces as well as external service providers
- Contribute to backlog management, prepare framework planning sessions, and develop user stories
- Continuously enhance customer data processes and make customer journeys more customer-friendly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed relevant university degree or comparable qualification, such as banking training
- Experience with agile collaboration, project environments, business requirements design, and supporting their implementation
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and sound technical knowledge
- Enjoy working at the interface between business and IT
- Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and willingness to actively explore and apply new opportunities to increase efficiency and drive innovation
- Strong team orientation and ability to work independently
- Analytical, conceptual, and holistic thinking, combined with a quick grasp of new concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think beyond one's immediate remit and develop sustainable solutions
- Very good German and English language skills
