Deliver HR services for over 50,000 colleagues worldwide as part of ING Hubs Poland’s technical Global HR team
Cooperate daily with international stakeholders around the world

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM & Security
Workday Security Certificate or equivalent (essential for the role)
Experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, and performing system design and configuration
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Active pursuit of improvements and innovations
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
