About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Head of Personal Injury in developing and expanding Personal Injury law practice offerings
- Develop an industry profile through thought leadership and represent the Personal Injury Vertical internally and externally
- Attend regular meetings with user firms
- Act as an intermediary between user firms and the Product Manager and Content Specialist
- Help refine the Personal Injury product offering
- Collaborate with the Legal Content Specialist on legal content, workflows, and precedents within the platform
- Review and support development and refinement of the prompt library
- Draft and refine precedents in the Personal Injury Law area to meet customer needs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation in Personal Injury workflows
- Monitor developments in Personal Injury law and ensure content reflects current legislation and practice
- Undertake or contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- At least 3–6 years PQE, or at least 5 years carrying a caseload, in Personal Injury law
- Strong technical expertise across Personal Injury law matters, ideally EL, OL/PL, and RTA, with exposure to clinical negligence and/or industrial disease work
- Ability to collaborate with the Content Specialist to create targeted content and prompts and analyse output
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with non-legal teams and client firms/users
- Enthusiasm for legal technology and improving legal-service delivery
- Desirable: experience and understanding of OIC and MOJ Portals, Fast Track, Intermediate Track, and Multi Track work, including current budgeting knowledge for Multi-track
- Desirable: experience developing precedents, templates, and legal know-how resources
- Desirable: exposure to legal tech, document automation, or case management systems
- Desirable: interest or experience in innovation, process improvement, or legal operations
- Significant experience of Personal Injury litigation, including Part 7, Part 8, and detailed assessment proceedings
- Previous involvement in training, mentoring, or knowledge sharing within a team
- Some travel expected
- Based in/working from Portland Street, Manchester City Centre on a hybrid basis
