About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and ensure the timely, process-driven delivery of multiple simultaneous projects
Support account and specialty teams
Develop and execute project plans
Work with creative and social teams to resolve project or timeline issues
Incorporate and ensure adherence to QA processes throughout each project phase
Proactively escalate potential issues affecting timelines or budgets
Collaborate with Operations on staffing, timelines, and budgets
Communicate daily project status and key next steps
Follow up with team members on action items
Coordinate monthly billing with Finance
Update budget trackers and develop burn reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree
1-2+ years of Project Management experience
Experience in a marketing communications agency setting preferred
Recognized project management aptitude
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables
Familiarity with Smartsheet
