About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features
- Prepare and lead technical refinement sessions for requirements brought forward by the product team
- Help maintain the health and quality of the codebase, balancing new features with the resolution of technical debt
- Maintain and expand automated tests, including creating new ones
- Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth
- Translate designs into high-quality code
- Take a critical approach to observability
- Act as the guardian of the Livelo App release process
- Participate in ceremonies with the other team members
- Maintain and evolve Twilio workflows (Studio, Flex, Functions)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Twilio (Twilio Flex, Twilio Studio, Twilio Functions, and Twilio integrations with WhatsApp)
- Experience developing applications/front ends with React Native and React
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, and Axios
- Experience with Java 17+ (11, 8), Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Experience with Node.js and NestJS
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git and version control
- Experience with unit testing (Jest) and TDD
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with microfrontend (MFE) architecture
- Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization
- Memory management
- Data persistence
- Firebase (Remote Config)
- Strong coding, documentation, and screen and component development practices
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with Selenium + Cucumber or a similar framework for automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and take on new challenges
- Knowledge of Grafana and Dynatrace is a plus
