About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, monitor, and execute highly complex projects and activities across the back-end and front-end of products
  • Collaborate on defining strategies and methodologies to maximize the cost-effectiveness of resources, applications, and technologies
  • Collaborate on the technical review of back-end and front-end guidelines and policies
  • Review and optimize the coding of features and applications
  • Lead the integration and interfacing between back-end and front-end applications
  • Define highly complex technical guidelines, standards, and solutions
  • Lead the design, development, and operation of high-scale applications, with a focus on back-end systems and microservices architecture
  • Act as a technical mentor, guiding and developing the team in development, testing, and deployment
  • Define and apply software architecture standards, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability
  • Drive modern engineering practices, including serverless computing, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technology roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement profiling and tuning
  • Perform root cause analysis and lead the resolution of critical production incidents
  • Lead technical projects, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables in an agile, globally distributed environment
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, test automation, and engineering excellence standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (a plus)
  • Experience in back-end software engineering using .NET
  • Experience with cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Experience designing and developing cloud-native and microservices solutions
  • Familiarity with a front-end programming language (a plus)
  • Ability to technically lead and guide development teams
