About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform technical activities related to software quality assurance
  • Follow established procedures and standards to ensure the quality of delivered products and services
  • Conduct manual testing
  • Execute previously prepared automated test scripts
  • Document the results obtained
  • Identify and report defects found
  • Assist in preparing test plans and verifying requirements
  • Participate in problem analysis
  • Assist in identifying the root causes of problems and suggesting solutions
  • Perform other related duties inherent to the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of software testing fundamentals, including test types and techniques, the defect life cycle, and test case design and execution
  • Knowledge of mobile and/or web application testing
  • Knowledge of back-end and REST/SOAP API testing
  • Experience using tools such as Postman or similar platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret logs
  • Knowledge of databases, including basic SQL skills
  • Knowledge of Jenkins is a plus
  • Knowledge of PowerShell is a plus
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, particularly the Test Plans module, is a plus
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to testing is a plus
