About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather the contact details of the relevant business stakeholders
- Engage with the relevant business teams to understand the project's impact on the service
- Identify the financial implications and define the approach with the buyer responsible for the contract, where applicable
- Analyze contracts to determine the level of complexity of the actions required
- Inform the relevant buyers and managers
- Escalate any potential blockers to the relevant buyers
- Request escalation where necessary
- Maintain tracking reports for the contract mapping in a consolidated XLS format
- Participate in Innoha's advisory assignments for its clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Contract Law or Business Law
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a generalist legal role, specializing in contract law
- Experience negotiating supplier contracts, gained within a legal department and/or a legal or law firm
- Proficiency in business English
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders
