About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather the contact details of the relevant business stakeholders
- Engage with the relevant business teams to understand the project’s impact on the service
- Identify the financial implications and define the approach with the buyer responsible for the contract, where applicable
- Analyze contracts to determine the level of complexity of the required actions
- Inform the relevant buyers and managers
- Escalate any potential roadblocks to the relevant buyers
- Request escalation where necessary
- Prepare summary XLS reporting to track the mapping process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Contract Law or Business Law
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a generalist legal role, with a focus on contract law
- Experience negotiating supplier contracts, gained within a legal department and/or a legal or law firm advisory practice
- Fluency in business English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders
