About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and further develop finance, accounting, controlling, administration and group treasury functions
Act as trusted business partner to the managing director and leadership team
Provide financial insight and decision support for strategic and operational matters
Ensure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management
Professionalize Group Treasury, including cash management, liquidity planning, cash forecasting and financial risk management
Develop financing strategies and maintain relationships with banks and financing partners
Support investment decisions, financing activities and strategic growth initiatives through financial analysis
Strengthen governance, compliance, internal controls and administrative processes
Drive process optimization, accountability and scalable structures across finance and administration
Develop Finance into a strategic business partner for management and operating functions
Lead, develop and empower the finance and administration team
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams across the international organization
Contribute to the long-term organizational and strategic development of Innolume

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable discipline
Substantial professional and leadership experience in senior finance roles
Experience ideally within an international industrial or technology company
Strong experience across Finance, Accounting and Controlling
Solid knowledge of Group Treasury
Expertise in financial planning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, corporate financing and banking relationships
Knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls and financial risk management
Experience in process optimization and organizational development
Strong commercial judgement
Fluency in Dutch and English, with very good command of German, written and spoken
Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
Strong financial expertise and sound decision-making capabilities
Strong leadership skills and ability to build, develop and empower high-performing teams
Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Regular travel to the Dortmund location in Germany is required
