About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn Innomotics' medium voltage motor, VFD, integrated drive system, and service portfolio
  • Support sales activities with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end users
  • Assist in developing quotations, proposals, and customer solutions
  • Build knowledge of key industrial markets and customer applications
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Maintain opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline data within CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
  • Complete development and training milestones in preparation for a Regional Account Manager role
  • Report to the Regional Sales Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, applications engineering, business development, or a customer-facing industrial role
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
  • Basic knowledge of electric motors, medium voltage equipment, variable frequency drives, or industrial automation solutions
  • Experience supporting or selling to OEMs, EPCs, distributors, or industrial end users
  • Understanding of integrated drive systems and motor-drive applications
  • Exposure to industrial markets such as pumps, compression, water/wastewater, power generation, mining, or process industries
  • Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in industrial sales and account management
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
