About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the technical lead for system and solution projects involving drives, motors, switchgear, transformers, control systems, and related equipment
  • Define system integration requirements and ensure designs meet performance, quality, safety, and contractual specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution
  • Monitor engineering activities, identify technical risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule
  • Support procurement, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Develop, review, and manage project technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, submittals, and test reports
  • Provide technical guidance to field service teams during installation and startup
  • Support sales activities by providing technical input and estimates for customer proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on drive systems, motors, power systems, or equipment integration
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, control systems, and power distribution
  • Experience with system integration, testing, and commissioning
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project commitments
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
