About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and supervise a team of data engineers developing, testing, modifying, and delivering solutions to US Healthcare problems
Understand customer business requirements and integrate them with company platforms, products, and features
Help build the platform to run enterprise customers’ businesses more efficiently
Interact frequently with customers to understand their requirements
Own delivery plans and timelines in consultation with customers
Negotiate features, enhancements, and incoming tasks with customers based on team bandwidth and other factors
Supervise and lead data analysts and quality analysts
Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics executions, dashboard powerups, maintenance operations, and quality assurance activities
Collaborate with Innovaccer engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and other engineering teams to define and deliver solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory US Healthcare experience, including data integration (not just migration) of claims, clinical, ADT, and Labs
Healthcare Analytics experience involving Cost of Care, Quality Measures, Risk execution, and payer report reconciliation in the Provider or Payer space
Strong Technical Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills
Extremely good communication skills
10+ years of experience implementing US Healthcare projects involving Data Integrations and Analytics such as HEDIS, MIPS, and eCQM
Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Technical customer and project management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams from IT, software engineering, and business domains
Hands-on SQL data extraction experience is a good to have
Familiarity with data ETL tools and creating/reviewing mapping documents
Basic Python scripting experience is a good to have
Relevant Agile Methodology experience is a plus
