About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise strategic customers and prospects on adopting the Gravity Platform for digital, data, and AI transformation
  • Partner with CxOs, VPs, and senior architects at health systems, payers, and partners to craft data and AI platform strategies
  • Deliver executive-level architecture briefings, technical deep dives, and co-innovation workshops
  • Drive solution design and technical validation for care coordination, risk stratification, prior authorization, RCM acceleration, and digital front door use cases
  • Represent Innovaccer as a platform evangelist in customer briefings, industry events, and partner ecosystems
  • Guide customers through build-versus-buy decisions, technical roadmapping, and cloud-native, multi-tenant, and hybrid deployment options
  • Collaborate with Gravity product managers and engineers to align roadmap priorities with market demand and client feedback
  • Lead technical pre-sales efforts for strategic RFPs, POCs, and sandbox deployments
  • Collaborate with interoperability, clinical informatics, and data governance SMEs on scalable, standards-aligned solutions
  • Support go-to-market motions across providers, payers, and life sciences from initial pitch through expansion
  • Mentor Solution Architects and support their professional growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12–18 years of experience driving enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or cloud-native ecosystems
  • Ability to engage, influence, and advise C-suite leaders, enterprise architects, and domain experts
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers, and modern data engineering practices
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products and architecture, including LLMs, inference pipelines, AI agents, and vector stores
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, and X12
  • Familiarity with EMRs such as Epic and Cerner, payer systems, and APIs
  • Strong solution design, presentation, whiteboarding, diagramming, and technical storytelling skills
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer success
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Over 7 years as a Solution Architect, preferably in a Pre-Sales role
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake
