About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the expansion of Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business by identifying, shaping, and closing enterprise transformation opportunities with health systems, MSOs, and provider networks
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders
  • Help customers optimize financial performance and operational efficiency through Innovaccer’s RCM capabilities
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align the Flow Solution with customer goals and enterprise challenges
  • Design RCM transformation roadmaps
  • Create ROI and performance improvement models
  • Guide organizations through implementation and adoption
  • Lead executive-level deal discussions and structure partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers
  • Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions
  • Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers
  • Bring field insights to inform product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation roles
  • Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs within provider or health system environments
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, claims, denials, A/R management, and financial analytics
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, including CFO, COO, CIO, and Revenue Operations leaders
  • Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on financial performance improvement
  • Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to link technology and workflow automation to measurable business value
  • Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify for newly hired employees based out of the U.S. and employed by Innovaccer Inc.
