About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn Innovamat’s educational products and internal creation workflows
Partner with Learning, Linguistics, Illustration and Tech teams to improve workflow speed and quality
Own and maintain internal tools used for product building
Enable and train colleagues to use internal tools effectively
Coordinate Product teams to prioritize and implement tool and workflow improvements
Participate proactively in technology decisions and help shape systems and solutions
Build fullstack tools from scratch, including logic, APIs, MCP, agentic workflows, web clients, CLI clients, agent plugins/skills and infrastructure
Integrate solutions with internal and external tools ecosystems
Present findings through presentations, memos and workshops
Contribute to external communications when relevant
Follow AI and engineering practices, new methods and the EdTech landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good fullstack basics
Experience with Typescript, Node, React and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly
Experience integrating LLMs into real-world products and using AI as a daily development and design tool
Product mindset focused on problem definition, impact measurement, prototyping and iterative work
Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate their needs into solutions
Teamwork and communication skills
Proactive and autonomous approach
Passion for education and interest in maths, logic and problem-solving
Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus
2–4 years of experience in fullstack engineering or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or EdTech
Experience taking products from a blank slate to reality and maintaining them, including design, development, infrastructure, CI/CD and monitoring
Experience building internal products
Understanding of software architecture concepts for the AI era
Knowledge of business operations in the EdTech context
Balance between technical accuracy and business vision
