About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and oversee supply plans and sample frame requirements for Innovate’s online research projects
Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and partner requests, providing smart consultation when needed
Maintain healthy margins on projects
Assist in cultivating partner relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to accomplish objectives within budget while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction standards
Work during US business hours
Focus on high converting/high CPI projects to help inflate revenue potential
Maintain high margins on projects
Perform daily project audits to ensure active projects have sufficient sample
Maintain a professional rapport with vendors and treat partners as internal clients
Work with the Supply Manager to troubleshoot problematic projects and optimize well-performing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postgraduate with market research or economics or statistics as one of the main subjects
Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking
Must be detail oriented, flexible and resourceful
Must adhere to the highest level of customer satisfaction standards in the industry
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Must be able to thrive in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment
Adept at using technological resources including Excel and an aptitude to use web-based survey tools
