About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealth
  • Complete weekly billable hours
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets
  • Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annually
  • Assess clients' needs for additional services such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or outside treatment referrals
  • Attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervision
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings
  • Attend scheduled clinical training and professional development training
  • Provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults as applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
  • Active license in good standing in the State of Maryland: LMSW, LCSW-C/LCSWC, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and EHR/EMR
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency
  • Willingness to see children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Willingness to provide services in person and via telehealth
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Late afternoon/evening availability
  • Federal and state background checks upon hire
  • Saturday availability is a plus
  • Bilingual clinicians are a bonus
