About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealth
- Complete weekly billable hours, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets
- Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annually
- Assess clients' needs for additional services such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or outside treatment referrals
- Attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervision
- Attend clinical staff meetings and scheduled clinical training/professional development training
- Provide services to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Licensed LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland; license must be active and in good standing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and EHR/EMR
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to see children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Willingness to provide mental health services in person, in school, and via telehealth
- Minimum of 10 hours per week
- Flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency
- Willing to complete a federal and state background check upon hire
