About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, technical services, and engineering solutions
- Support the supply of business units through procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
- Manage low- and medium-complexity purchasing demands
- Track maintenance, operations, and project requests within established deadlines
- Maintain communication with internal customers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
- Support the prioritization of the procurement pipeline
- Issue purchase orders, simplified contracts, and commercial agreements
- Identify supply risks and communicate mitigation opportunities
- Source and support the qualification of new suppliers
- Conduct quotations and market research
- Prepare comparative analyses of commercial proposals
- Support the drafting and review of contracts
- Monitor and resolve supply-related issues with technical teams and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and compliance guidelines
- Support supplier monitoring and evaluation
- Participate in supplier management initiatives
- Assist in tracking supply chain and supplier performance indicators
- Contribute to maintaining and expanding a qualified supplier base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle and SAP
- Experience working for medium- to large-sized multinational companies
- Strong communication skills
