About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full deployment journey for InPost Lockers across the UK's independent sector, from signed deal to live locker
- Manage a high volume of single-site deals in parallel from Closed-Won through survey, enabling works and installation
- Review surveys and assess site viability based on logistics, safety and installation principles
- Identify alternative positions, configurations or solutions for problematic sites
- Plan and allocate weekly contractor work orders for surveys, quotes, enabling works and installations
- Monitor completion against timelines and InPost specifications
- Hold contractors and partners accountable for quality and conduct
- Act as the primary contact for Business Development Managers, landlords, commercial managers and installation partners
- Lead weekly reviews, resolve site issues and communicate progress
- Own installation and operational KPIs
- Maintain accurate and current records in Pipedrive
- Escalate issues requiring senior attention
- Identify recurring operational patterns and lead process-improvement initiatives with Deployment Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years' experience in operations, site delivery or deployment, ideally managing multiple single-site deals in property, retail estates, logistics or field services
- Proven track record of managing contractors or third-party suppliers, including scheduling, quality control and performance conversations
- Experience managing a high volume of single-site deals simultaneously at different stages
- Sound commercial and practical judgement to assess sites, weigh risks and make decisions
- Strong stakeholder skills with landlords, site managers and internal commercial teams
- Comfortable leading meetings
- Analytical ability to identify trends and data-driven process improvements
- Hands-on CRM experience; Pipedrive is a bonus
- Strong written communication
- Drive, natural curiosity, problem-solving ability and comfort in a fast-paced environment
