Design and implement secure, performant, and maintainable software
Continually improve implementation quality and practices in response to feedback
Communicate progress, ambiguities, blockers, and estimates to stakeholders
Build testable, observable, production-ready components
Identify, debug, resolve, and prevent recurrence of defects
Lead larger initiatives from task breakdown through implementation and delivery

Design, implement, and maintain software product code according to Product Management requirements
Build software using patterns and practices supporting security, maintainability, testability, extensibility, and operability

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in professional software development
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience owning a feature end-to-end from React/TypeScript UI through the C#/.NET API
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot
Experience building small agents or skills, such as automated quality-grading tools or PR-review agents
Ability to scope and prioritize work when requirements are still taking shape
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive communication and ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
