Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of hands-on engineering experience
  • Strong frontend focus with React and Next.js
  • Backend experience with Node.js or Python
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic
  • Experience with embeddings or similar AI technologies
  • Product instinct and understanding of why features matter
  • Ability to own tasks end-to-end from planning and execution through delivery and follow-up
  • Hands-on production experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI systems in real-world environments
  • Ability to work quickly and prioritize impact over perfection
  • Clear thinking and clear writing
  • Hebrew fluency
  • Strong English
  • Ability to work in a product-driven, autonomous environment
