About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and industrialize the target software supply chain model (Platform Engineering)
- Ensure an optimal developer experience (DevEx)
- Implement a self-service approach through an Internal Developer Portal (IDP)
- Address technology gaps in the CI pipeline and integrate it with the existing CD model
- Drive the efficiency and velocity of the delivery pipeline using DORA metrics from the Accelerate framework
- Participate in the implementation, operational maintenance, and version upgrades of the central software development toolchain
- Define, automate, and standardize DevSecOps Quality Gates
- Strengthen native security and reduce technical debt
- Lead developer communities and promote the adoption of standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of experience building large-scale software development toolchains and platforms (Platform Engineering)
- Expertise in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Cloud ecosystems
- Strong technical proficiency with CI/CD and GitOps tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Argo CD
- Proficiency in artifact management with JFrog Artifactory
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Proficiency in Quality Gates and application security: SonarQube, SAST, SCA, DAST, and HashiCorp Vault
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DORA metrics
- Ability to design high-level architectures and conduct gap analyses
- Technology leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to unite technical communities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus
- Strategic vision combined with operational rigor
