About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a tooling platform squad supporting a major banking client
- Provide N3 administration and maintain the operational condition of the production toolchain, including GitLab, Artifactory, AAP, and SonarQube
- Install, configure, and operate tooling-chain products end to end
- Perform N3 system administration, primarily across Red Hat Linux environments
- Resolve complex incidents and major failures in high-availability environments as the final internal escalation level
- Lead upgrades, cluster management, execution-node management, and patching
- Act as the primary technical contact for Red Hat, including opening N3 support tickets and performing root-cause analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Linux N3 System Administrator
- Strong understanding of banking production and RUN operations
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow
- Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7, 8, and 9) system administration
- Proficiency in administering and managing Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) or AWX
- Knowledge of GitLab, Artifactory, and SonarQube integration and quality toolchains
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and remain calm during critical production incidents
- Red Hat certifications (RHCE, RHCSA) or knowledge of Red Hat Satellite are a plus
