About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Standardize and optimize the entire DevOps toolchain
- Build an effective bridge between development and production teams
- Serve as a technical leader in designing and evolving architectures
- Work closely with a dedicated team of six experts to advance technical initiatives
- Develop and integrate advanced observability and monitoring solutions
- Partner with the current lead expert to structure Platform Engineering
- Co-lead and facilitate a team of passionate engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced DevOps professional with expertise across the full DevOps toolchain
- Proven experience in Platform Engineering is preferred
- Willingness to take on a leadership role and become operational quickly in new engagements
- Willingness to travel occasionally within France for strategic projects
- Excellent command of GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and Linux
- Significant Azure experience is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with, explain concepts to, and bring together development and infrastructure teams
