About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements for SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA assessments under management direction
Conduct readiness assessments and external audits of security and privacy frameworks and standards
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls
Identify and communicate IT audit findings to management
Identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients
Communicate with clients and team members
Lead client meetings and foster client relationships through proactive communication
Provide weekly status reports to management
Proactively communicate potential issues to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent technical English is required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, management information systems, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm
Experience auditing SOC 2 control areas including access management, change management, logical security, vendor management, incident response, and backup and disaster recovery
Experience leading client meetings, presenting audit findings, and managing day-to-day communication with clients
Experience using GRC and compliance automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) is a plus
