About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce accurate and timely tailored client reporting in line with agreed requirements and deadlines
- Review and validate data, investigate discrepancies and escalate issues where appropriate
- Develop understanding of client requirements, investment strategies and reporting processes
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure reporting is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reporting queries and requirements
- Manage multiple deliverables and priorities, highlighting risks or delays appropriately
- Maintain reporting procedures, documentation and controls
- Contribute to process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements
- Build effective stakeholder relationships and share knowledge across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience within financial services, investment management, reporting, operations or a similar analytical environment; LDI and Fixed Income experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence working with data
- Collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach
- Interest in developing knowledge of investment products and financial markets
