About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate quotes and opportunities for product sales and professional services
- Manage customer accounts, queries, and invoice generation
- Review pending billing reports and validate charges before processing invoices
- Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP
- Monitor and manage accounts, cases, orders, and fulfilment for timely action
- Confirm customer approvals before processing orders
- Oversee license key generation and fulfilment delivery to customers
- Deliver outstanding service to internal teams and external customers
- Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Prioritize and structure workload to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
- Investigate, resolve, and close complex, non-routine issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two plus years of experience in Order Management or a related O2C function
- Experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with internal and external partners
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent field
- Background check required for employment, where permitted by country, state/province
