About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer programs throughout the entire program lifecycle for multiple programs
  • Manage portfolios of high-profile, strategic, and financially significant customer programs
  • Serve as a point of contact throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage program budgets and execute contracts according to cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives
  • Define and deploy requirements management plans with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations for successful execution and on-time delivery
  • Develop and analyze solutions for technical proposals
  • Innovate and problem-solve while ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives
  • Use economic, financial, and industrial data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies and plans
  • Build strategic relationships across teams, departments, units, and organizations
  • Focus on customer mission needs and sustain productive customer relationships
  • Interface with external customers, Insitu cross-functional resources, and Insitu Executive Leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10-12 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years related experience with a Master's degree
  • Group 2 & Group 3 UAS technical and programmatic experience desired
  • Demonstrated experience of offsets obligations and international strategic partnerships
  • Understanding of competitive FAR-15 & DCS proposal development and execution
  • Working knowledge of trade compliance requirements
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Knowledge of FAR-15 proposal development and Capture Team Lead (CTL) responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management
  • Knowledge of ITAR regulations, European environmental compliance requirements, NATO STANAG 4586 & 4609
  • Knowledge of program management best practices, including risk management, Integrated Master Schedule, and Requirements Matrix
  • Knowledge of project management theory, concepts and principles
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data, including sustainment modeling, logistical sparing, pricing, and margin analysis
