  • Draft, analyze, review, and negotiate contracts of various types, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Experience drafting, analyzing, and managing contracts
  • Knowledge of Contract Law, Civil Law, and applicable legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management systems is a plus
  • Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication and negotiation skills and attention to detail
