About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop brand platforms, social-first ideas, customer campaigns, and B2B propositions
- Take briefs from initial concepts through execution across multiple channels
- Create visual expressions and compelling layouts
- Build compelling presentation decks
- Collaborate with Art Directors, designers, copywriters, and Creative Directors
- Own briefs while seeking creative partnership and collaboration
- Develop and sell creative ideas with rationale aligned to audience, brand, and brief
- Work across brand, campaign, content, and customer communications
- Combine creativity, craft, data, and technology to create effective brand work
- Help shape the team’s creative direction as the creative remit expands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to take a brief, find a distinctive creative direction, and develop a compelling creative response
- Strong art direction and design craft
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and strong visual execution
- Ability to think across social, CRM, digital, content, design, and campaign channels
- Ability to create for both consumer and business audiences
- Ability to own briefs and collaborate effectively
- Ability to articulate and sell creative thinking in conversations and client presentations
- Collaborative approach with copywriters and creative partners
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback
- Ability to use generative AI creatively and intelligently for ideation, development, and execution
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
